How sample pricing works

We charge for cut samples in small bundles, so trying a few extra tiles rarely costs you more:

Cut samples are charged at $5 for every 6 cuts (or part thereof)
That means 1–6 cuts = $5, 7–12 cuts = $10, 13–18 cuts = $15, and so on
Mix and match cuts from as many different tiles as you like — they're all counted together, so you might get extra samples for the same $5
As you add samples to your basket, we'll show you exactly how many more you can add before the price goes up, so there are never any surprises
Your sample charge appears as its own "Cut Sample Bundle" line in your basket, at checkout, and on your order confirmation

Full-size samples remain available to purchase separately and aren't part of the cut-sample bundle pricing above.

Get your sample cost back

Love what you see? When you're ready to order the full-size tiles, we'll take the cost of your cut samples off your order.

Once your sample order has been dispatched, we'll email you a unique discount code for the full amount you paid for your cut samples
When you're ready, place your full tile order as normal
At checkout, enter your discount code just like any other promo code and your discount will be applied

A few things to know

Your discount code is only issued once your sample order has been dispatched — there's nothing to enter before then, just look out for the email
The code is worth exactly what you paid for your cut samples. If your sample order also included other items (like a full-size sample), only the cut-sample portion counts toward your discount
If you return any of your cut samples for a refund, your code will reflect what you actually ended up paying for them
Each code can only be used once, on one order
